April 11 is limited capacity. Some people will not make it.
If you are one of them, whether by geography, by schedule, or by the pattern that will generate a compelling reason not to attend, the diagnostic is still there.
And the diagnostic is still real work.
What the diagnostic can do independently
The online diagnostic identifies your primary pattern. That identification, used honestly and applied consistently, is the beginning of the same work the Summit provides.
The pattern name gives you a cognitive map. You know what behavior to watch for. You know what mask it wears. You know the specific point where it activates.
That awareness is not the full intervention. But it changes the quality of your observation of yourself, which is the prerequisite for any behavioral change.
The independent protocol
For those using the diagnostic without the Summit:
Step 1: Name it. Take the diagnostic. Receive your pattern. Sit with the name for 24 hours. Watch for the pattern in your behavior during that time. It will appear.
Step 2: Track it. For one week, keep a simple record of when the pattern activates. Not a full journaling practice, three words each time you notice it. "Pattern active: 3pm." The record is evidence. Evidence changes your relationship to the pattern.
Step 3: Apply the preliminary intervention. The diagnostic delivers a single preliminary intervention. Do it. Every day, for seven days. Not because seven days is enough, it is not. But because seven days of the right behavior produces a data point that the right behavior is possible.
Step 4: Come to the next Summit. The diagnostic is the beginning. The live room is where the work deepens. If April 11 is not possible, the next Summit will be announced. The diagnostic result remains valid.
The one thing to do today
Take the diagnostic.
The pattern is running right now, in this decision, in whether you click the link or close the tab. That is not an accusation. That is a diagnostic observation.
